Gum Disease
Our practice offers a 'teeth for life' service where we aim to keep your teeth for life. Did you know that gum disease is the number 1 cause of tooth loss in adults. It is also linked to heart disease, premature births and a host of other diseases. Once you lose the gum and bone it is difficult to get it back so prevention is key.
Sedation
We offer an intravenous or IV sedation. This is given by injection, either in the back of your hand or in your arm. The dose will depend on the amount of treatment needed and the length of time it will take to complete.
Implants
A dental implant is a small man-made titanium fixture that serves as the replacement for the root portion of a missing natural tooth in your mouth.
Bridges
In addition to dental implants, there are two other ways to replace missing teeth. The first is with a removable false tooth or teeth – a partial denture. The second is with a fixed bridge.
